Term and conditions:
1. Once you made online booking you will receive confirmation Email with payment link from our side within few minutes. Once you make the payment will issue the e-ticket.
2. Any issue in the park need to resolve with the concern manager / as we Hello Tours LLC is not responsible for the same.
3. Advance payment is mandatory for any package you select either online credit card/ bank deposit in order to issue E ticket for you
4. If Customer didn’t reach for the booked tour due to any reason no refund will be applicable.
5. The tour operator has the right to postpone the tour due to bad weather / technical problems or force majeure.
6. Once booking confirmed guest can't cancel the booking at last minutes
7. Any damages to the park premise by guests, will be responsible to pay for it.
8. For identification Guest must carry original ID card / Passport / Emirates ID / driving license if he is a residence and for Tourist passport is a must.
